Judson Rollins is an airline strategist experienced in network planning, fleet planning, revenue management, and ancillary revenue products. Throughout his career, he has worked with nearly 20 airlines spanning four continents. Judson is also affiliated with Seattle-based Leeham Company, where he analyses aircraft markets and provides advisory opinions and strategic guidance to aircraft manufacturers, suppliers, and investors. 

Before launching Propel, Judson was employed at Air New Zealand, where he helped launch the airline’s network-optimised revenue strategy. He founded SkyWriter Aviation, a new media platform covering strategy and financial performance of key players in commercial aviation. Judson spent nearly four years as a Network Planning & Airline Revenue Consultant at Boeing Commercial Airplanes. In this role, he consulted with customer airlines on multiple continents to create unique strategies in network planning, scheduling, pricing, revenue management, and ancillary products.


Judson also participated in Boeing research into airline revenue strategies and network modeling. Before Boeing, he worked four years at Continental Airlines, where he designed pricing and offer optimisation strategies for key components of the airline's ancillary product portfolio. He has also worked as a revenue management analyst at three carriers.
